11. Dispute Resolution and Customer Complaints

12. Account Termination and Suspension

• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other members

Upon termination, you forfeit access to the platform and any pending bonuses. Your account balance, minus any bonus funds and disputed amounts, will be returned to you following identity verification, provided you have not violated these Terms.
